Late Payment Notice

NOTICE:

 Over the years, we have worked to streamline our office procedures so as to make sure we can devote as much time to your needs as we can. One of the procedures we adopted and repeatedly announce bears repeating once again:

  • We do not duplicate the insurance companies’ efforts at sending late billing reminders or cancellation notices, of which you will receive at least 2 notices (usually 3) from your insurance company at each policy renewal.
  • It is a redundant task, and it does nothing but confuse most of our customers when we duplicate the companies’ efforts.

Since 1991 we have not sent out late-payment or impending cancellation notices. If you fear for not receiving a bill — if you do not have faith in the U.S. Mail to deliver your premium notice — we urge you to either calendar your payment dates or put your insurance payments on automatic by calling the insurance company’s billing department to establish a “checkless” payment plan.
