Billing and service requests - and claims - can be confusing.  We think we have made it easy for you.

For all billing and service questions, you can fill out the Billing Questions form to the right of the page (which will  notify us of your request), or you can call us direct at 562-594-6541, extension 17 for personal insurance changes and extension 16 for business insurance changes. 

You can also call our insurance companies direct. 

  • In the case of our Safeco Insurance clients, for instance, we have real humans who will speak with you 24/7, 365 days a year.  These agents and service personnel are located in 3 areas around the U.S.  Just dial 877-857-9505, which is our dedicated line, and select Option 4.  If you prefer digital, while we encourage you to call when you have a claim, for billing you can pay your premium online at www.safeco.com.
  • Mercury:  You can pay your Mercury Auto & Home insurance policies bills on Mercury's web site at http://www.mercuryinsurance.com or by phone at 888-263-7287.
